The Department of Dance is designed for the high-level dance student to develop the skills, discipline and performance applications necessary for a professional career in the dance field. The primary focus of the Dance Department is Ballet and Modern, however students are exposed to all Commercial Dance Styles. Master Classes with renowned dancers and choreographers supplement the intensive CCA curriculum. Dance students have the opportunity to participate in intensive classes in Ballet, Tap, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Ethnic Dance, Dance Conditioning, Modern Dance and Choreography.

The Department stages two fully produced dance concerts in addition to numerous performance opportunities throughout Orange County and Southern California.
